Jane is CEO and founder of HiNet Ltd. She has a passion for helping clients maximise the potential of their own information. Having worked in the Financial Systems Sector for well over a decade, she is the driving force behind realising the vision of HiNet. Jane has worked with both early stage and established corporates and brings with her a deep understanding of both entrepreneurialism as well as a perceptive commercial awareness of the financial software sector.
David is the former Deputy Chairman of Investec Bank UK. Prior to this he was Group CEO of Guinness Mahon Group. Between 1981-1989, David was a Managing Director of Samuel Montagu, Midland Montagu and Midland Global Corporate Banking (now HSBC). David was also a Managing Director of CSFB and its predecessor companies (1969-1981). David is currently Chairman of Quercus Publishing and Spark Ventures. He is a Council member of The Centre for the Study of Financial Innovation, Chairman of the National Film and TV Foundation and a Trustee of the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund UK and Worldwide Volunteering. He is a member of the investment committeee of King's College London where he is a fellow.
Stephen is a successful entrepreneur with 30 years experience in the software and related services industry. He has founded and run a series of businesses in the UK and abroad and was responsible for publishing Sun Accounts, helping to make DataEase a worldwide success and being at the forefront of the offshore revolution. Having started out as a qualified Accountant in the late 70’s Stephen worked as owner-manager ever since. As a shareholder of a number of organisations, he leverages on his experience advising numerous start up enterprises.
